Return Policy:

- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that does not match the item in your order confirmation, we offer an exchange for the correct product.
- Product Received in a Broken Condition: If your product arrives damaged or broken, we offer an exchange for the same product.
Please note that returns are applicable within 24 hours from the receipt of the product and are subject to the conditions mentioned above. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@whtahome.in within the specified timeframe.
Return Process:
When initiating a return, please provide us with the following:
- Three images: One of the damaged part, one of the entire product, and one of the shipping box.
- An opening video to help us ascertain the reason for return.
Send these details to info@whtahome.in, where our team will assess the eligibility for exchange or return based on the provided information.
Exchange/Return Details:
- Exchange Only: We offer exchanges for products and do not accept returns.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for exchange or return, as they cover both forward and return delivery expenses incurred by our team.
- Return Label: In the case of an exchange, our team will provide a return label to be pasted over the original label for a smooth return process.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their orders only if the products have not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the product has been dispatched, we do not accept any cancellations.
Points to Remember:
- Products must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
- The product should be unused and in its original condition.
