Shipping, Deliveries and Payments

Shipping (Within India):

We ship all our packages through Delhivery. A portion of the shipping charges is borne by the customer, while the rest is covered by us at WHT A HOME. Our shipping rates are as follows:

For Prepaid Orders:

• Flat Rs.150 on every prepaid order below Rs.5000
• FREE shipping on every prepaid order above Rs.5000

For COD Orders:

Please note that COD is only available for orders below Rs.5000 within India.

• Flat Rs.200 on every COD order below Rs.2000
• Flat Rs.250 on every COD order between Rs.2001-5000

Kitchenware and tableware products tend to be bulky, resulting in higher shipping charges. While we absorb a significant portion of these costs, some are passed on to the customer.

Delivery Timeline:

While we aim to deliver orders within 5-7 days from the dispatch date, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location. We do not commit to an exact timeline as we rely on our delivery partners for the final delivery.

Return Deliveries:

If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, we will no longer accept COD orders from the same customer. This is because we incur both forward and return delivery charges in such cases. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and mobile number, to facilitate smooth delivery.

If your package is being returned to us, please inform us at whtahome@gmail.com or at +91 98733 04404 so that we can resend it upon receipt. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred due to a failed delivery attempt.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping with an average delivery timeline of 10-15 days after order confirmation.
